        Настоящата процедура включва поддръжка, профилактика, доставка и подмяна на резервни части, консумативи, модули и компоненти при необходимост от извършване на ремонт на медицинската апаратура, разделена в 2 (две) обособени позиции.

        Услугата ще се извършва при условие на повикване на изпълнителя с почасово заплащане на труд за описаната в техническата спецификация — приложение № 1 към документацията, медицинска апаратура.

        Цената на вложените резервни части, консумативи, модули и компоненти се заплаща извън предложените часови ставки за труд.

        Всеки участник има право да участва за 1, няколко или за всички обособени позиции от предмета на поръчката, като няма задължение да оферира всички позиции (номенклатурни единици) от обособената позиция. Възложителят е предвидил възможност за представяне на оферти за 1 или повече от номенклатурите в обособените позиции, включени в предмета на обществената поръчка.

        Услугата ще се извършва при условие на повикване на изпълнителя с почасово заплащане на труд за описаната в техническата спецификация — приложение № 1 към документацията, медицинска апаратура.

        Цената на вложените резервни части, консумативи, модули и компоненти се заплаща извън предложените часови ставки за труд.

        В случай на необходимост от влагане на резервни части, консумативи и др. изпълнителят представя оферта за стойността на същите. Изпълнителят извършва ремонта след получаване на писмено разрешение от възложителя. При липса на такова разрешение, прикрепено към фактурата, лечебното заведение не носи финансова отговорност за изплащането ѝ. Ремонтът на апаратурата и вложените резервни части се обезпечават с гаранционен срок не по-кратък от посочения от изпълнителя в офертата.

        Услугата ще се извършва при условие на повикване на изпълнителя с почасово заплащане на труд за описаната в техническата спецификация — приложение № 1 към документацията, медицинска апаратура.

        Цената на вложените резервни части, консумативи, модули и компоненти се заплаща извън предложените часови ставки за труд.

        В случай на необходимост от влагане на резервни части, консумативи и др. изпълнителят представя оферта за стойността на същите.
