         Целта на поръчката е да се гарантира законосъобразният избор на изпълнител за изпълнение на доставката на необходимите машини и техника за инсталациите за компостиране в гр. Севлиево и гр. Дряново и пълно гаранционно поддържане и обслужване на доставените машини и техника — сметоизвозващи автомобили, за срок не по-кратък от 60 месеца или 5 000 часа (което настъпи първо). Доставката включва сметоизвозващи автомобили —бордови — 2 (два), броя за инсталациите за компостиране вгр. Севлиево и гр. Дряново с прогнозна ст-ст 204 000,00 BGN без ДДС. Сметоизвозващите автомобили — бордови, трябва да бъдат нови, неупотребявани и напълно оборудвани с всички изискващи се експлоатационни течности и консумативи, гарантиращи правилната им експлоатация, инструкция за експлоатация на български език, сертификати за съответствие, гаранционни и/или сервизни книжа.
