         Доставка на гориво за дизелови двигатели, зимно, клас „Е“, минерално, без биокомпоненти, съгласно чл. 50, ал. 1 от Закона за енергията от възобновяеми източници. Прогн. к-во е до 54 174 тона ± 0,5 % и в-лят си запазва правото да сключи договор до размера на осигурените финансови средства. Дизеловото гориво следва да отговаря на показателите, посочени в приложение № 2 към чл. 6, т. 2 от Наредбата за изискванията за качеството на течните горива, условията, реда и начина за техния контрол. Доставката се осъществява по график, с ЖП транспорт и/или по продуктовод. К-вото на горивото се опр. по масов разходомер, посочен от в-ля. Всяка партида или цялото к-во в 1 резервоар се приема след окачествяване, извършено от ф-ма за стоков контрол, опр. от в-ля, като разходите за окачествяване са за сметка на изп-я. Срокът на доставка е до 12 мес. от издаване на складов запис съгласно поръчката спецификация. Начинът и условията на плащане са подробно описани в поръчката спецификация.
