         Изпълнителят трябва да предостави карти за безналично плащане, като за всяко МПС на възложителя се издава персонална карта. Картите трябва да бъдат издавани в срок до 5 работни дни след предоставяне на списък, съдържащ необходимата идентификационна информация за всяко МПС. По всяко време възложителят ще може да премахва или добавя МПС, които да бъдат зареждани в обектите на изпълнителя, като при всяка промяна следва да бъдат издавани нови карти. Всички разходи, свързани с издаване, закриване и обслужване на картите за безналично плащане, ще бъдат за сметка на изпълнителя.
